Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Periods

  • Desert tours: For desert tours bookings, the cancellation deadline is 30 days before the scheduled departure time.
  • Travel packages: For travel packages, the cancellation deadline is 45 days before the scheduled departure time.
  • Big groups packages: Big group packages may have unique cancellation policies that will be communicated to customers at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Request

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email . Please provide your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation.

3. Cancellation Charges

  • If you cancel before the specified cancellation time, there will be a minimum administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made within the cancellation period will not be refunded. We reserve the right to decide whether or not your deposit can be used for future bookings based on the kind of booking and the time left until departure.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be provided within 10 business days of receiving your cancellation request, subject to the booking’s terms and conditions.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method that was used to make the reservation. Please be aware that depending on your banking institution, it can take some time for the refund to show up on your credit card account.

5. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your booking without prior notice, it will be considered a “no-show,” and you will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows for any part of a package or itinerary may affect the availability of subsequent services, such as return flights or accommodations.

6. Accommodations and Service Provider Policies

Please be aware that the cancellation policies of hotels, and other service providers may vary and can affect the overall cancellation charges.
